How to request deletion

• Message the school office on WhatsApp, call the numbers below, or visit the office.
• Give your name, the phone number on your account and your child's name, and say you want your app account deleted.
• The school confirms it is you, deletes the account within 30 days at most, and tells you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your app sign-in and password.
• The devices registered for notifications, and the notifications sent to you.
• Your phone number and email from the parent record, unless the school still needs them to reach you about a child who is still enrolled.

What the school keeps

A student's official school records — attendance, grades, certificates and fee receipts — and the requests you sent to the office stay with the school because they are official records, but are no longer available through the app once the account is deleted. You can ask the office for a copy.
